This year's pumpkins

Today, finally carved the pumpkins.

And the foliage was really amazing, too.

Halloween for me = the Marauders, so my personal pumpkin is pretty much always Marauders flavored, since at least a few years back.

My father bought one, but wasn't going to carve it. Lame. So i made a two-faced pumpkin.

First is the "Scopophilia" diptych:

And the first contact sheet for the current "light" assignment (the last one all the way on the right in the very top row, i really want to make into a print).

And these are all the current litho prints. First is Actaeon, again:

The Actaeon counteretch:

When printing Ammit, there was one that i ran through twice to try and get the darks to go darker, and it made a kind of double effect, which i thought was cool enough to keep the print around & give it a name.

And Ammit:

And the most recently completed one, Skadi, from Norse mythos/religion:

And some sketchbook stuff:

Ammit is finally printed after a lot of difficulty, upset, & a third, insanely hot etch. (The above picture is not what the stone ended up looking like, after the third etch.)

And if anyone ever finds this mug, i want it:
